Registration fees for forum include:

- Participation in the forum scientific sessions

- Coffee breaks throughout the forum

Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:

Up to 28 August, 2026 - Full refund less 10% Cancellation fees
Between 29 August 2026 and 28 September 2026 -Cancellation charge of 50%
Between 29 September 2026 and 28 October 2026 -Cancellation charge of 75%
From 29 October, 2026 - No refund
